Saturday 6 July ~ join chef extraordinaire Darren Ross and interior stylist & creator Patricia Rodi Sat. 6 July at 13:50 (1:50 pm), for an exclusive 6-course lunch sitting, hosted at Patricia’s house in the coastal village of Kilcreggan.

It will be a one-of-a-kind lunch club, filled with organic wine, a menu inspired by our French, Scottish & Swedish heritage, vinyl records, interiors, views over the loch and an art exhibition by Glasgow-based artist Kirsty Lackie, which will be available for purchase on the day.

  • Patricia is opening the doors to her home for the first time. Aidenburn House, a 1900-century Victorian villa perched on the hillside above the Firth of Clyde in the picturesque village of Kilcreggn just 1 hour outside of Glasgow.

    We kindly ask that if you share on socials on the day that you do not tag the area (location), as to keep the Lunch Club a secret place to dine.

  • We suggest taking the scenic route and the ferry to Kilcreggan from Gurock (so you can enjoy a drink or five).

    12:35 train from Glasgow Central- Gurock

    13:30 ferry from Gurock - Kilcrggan.

    Arrival 13:43 in Kilcreggan.

    3 min walk to Aidenburn House.

    The Lunch Club starts at 13:50.

    Ferry back to Glasgow departs at 17:00 and if you want to stay around for longer there’s a lovely pub down the road.

    By train & bus: We suggest taking the train to Helensburgh. From Helensburgh C, there’s a bus that goes directly to Kilcreggan.

  • Darren Ross’ culinary journey is deeply rooted in his classic French background, which has laid a solid foundation for his exceptional skills in the kitchen. Darren offers a unique approach to cuisine focusing on sustainability, simplicity and quality. His dishes are meticulously crafted to balance and complement each element, creating a symphony of tastes that delight the palate.

    Darren’s career trajectory includes working in one of the world's top restaurants in Copenhagen, where he honed his craft and embraced the highest standards of culinary excellence. Recently, Darren completed a stage at Pearl Morissette, a restaurant celebrated on La Liste as a hidden gem. This diverse and illustrious experience has equipped Darren with a unique perspective on fine dining, enabling him to offer a dining experience that is both refined and innovative.

    Darren’s minimalist approach not only pleases the palate but also invites diners to engage with the food on a deeper level, appreciating the subtleties and nuances that might otherwise go unnoticed. His goal is to create an environment where guests can savour each bite, free from distractions, and leave with both their taste buds delighted and their minds challenged. Darren's dedication to simplicity, quality, and a thoughtful approach to food ensures that every meal is a unique and enriching experience.

  • Patricia is a multi-talented individual who wears many hats – content creator, photographer, interior stylist, podcaster and foodie. Her expertise shines through in the campaigns, homes, and editorials she creates for a diverse range of brands and clients.

    Her style reflects a unique blend of multicultural influences showcasing her Swedish and French heritage.

    Patricia shares her renovation journey of her 1870s house on the Scottish coast and life with her 330k followers.

  • Kirsty Lackie is a Glasgow based artist. Her work is a bag of surrealist storytelling and absurdity, where undertones of irony and tragi-comedy flicker beneath a seemingly frivolous surface.

    Kirsty has exhibited across the UK most recently at “Boardroom Committee Room” where she had her solo show “TV Dinners”.

    Her art hangs across the world but most recently can be found at Interior Designer Beata Heuman’s Hôtel de la Boétie in Paris.
